Working with Michel to schedule a time to meet with David was a breeze; as a bonus Michel sent an email confirming the date and time of our appointment. The estimate we received from Coleman Construction was very comprehensive and during the “getting to know you” phase, it was clear to us that David and Michel were people we could trust. We were also very pleased that the contract detailed all of the work to be done as well as a payment schedule. There was a final payment that was not to be paid until we were completely satisfied with all the work- this was VERY comforting to me as it showed that they were all about customer satisfaction.
